From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional level of service and attention to detail. Not only were the lodges beautifully designed and impeccably finished, but the hosts also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by the fact that they returned my forgotten headphones promptly, showcasing their commitment to customer care. the inclusion of ironing facilities in the lodge was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more convenient. the heating and air conditioning ensured that we were always at the perfect temperature, making our relaxation even more enjoyable. Overall, the level of amenities provided, from the well-stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils to the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, exceeded our high expectations and truly made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return to this peaceful oasis by the lake and experience the exceptional hospitality once again.
